Make a difference in the Philippines with two meaningful roles

We are putting together a small team in the Philippines to create an innovative way to support community development—and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to be part of a start-up with a new vision that shifts the power to people’s organizations (POs) and communities!

We are recruiting for two roles that will support the Director of Programs in mobilizing resources and developing partnerships to scale up its community-led programs as part of its new Strategy Plan 2026 – 2029, particularly on: women’s livelihoods, prevention of violence against women and children (VAWC), sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and early childhood care and development (ECCD).

You will be part of an international team working remotely from different parts of the globe, which aims to provide flexible and long-term support to grassroots organizations (i.e., up to 8 years)—both in terms of financial and organizational capacity strengthening; transforming project-based, donor-driven funding.

We co-create all our programs with our partners based on their priorities and value their expertise and local knowledge. Thus, you will play a key role in ensuring that our programs have a lasting positive impact on the communities and the partners we work with!
