CESIA is not-for-profit Community Based organization promoting the rights and improving livelihood for GWDs suffering from Spinal Cord Injuries in Uganda.

Livelihoods for women with spinal injuries

CPF and CESIA will implement a new programme in Iganga, a town in the Eastern Region of Uganda. Together, we will co-design a rights-based and inclusive approach to support women with spinal cord injuries.

Key interventions will include strengthening grassroots organisations and self-help groups of women with disabilities (WWD), advocating for their rights and supporting their livelihoods through an innovative social enterprise.
