CPF’s approach combines decades of Global South professional experience, evidence-based analysis, and practical tools for enabling community participation and ethical risk management.
Advisory support focuses on operationalising shift-the-power principles—clarifying roles, funding flows, participation in decision-making, safeguarding, risk sharing, accountability and learning systems of organisations. While our seminars for young professionals and students bridge theory and professional reality.
CPF operates on a full cost-recovery, impact-first basis. This means:
CPF charges fees to cover the real cost of delivering the work.
Work is accepted based on its contribution to community-led development or systems change, and
CPF prioritises social impact over profit, reinvesting any surplus back into its mission: 100% of net surplus is reinvested as flexible funding and organizational development support to grassroots actions in the Global South.
